Il duo Roberto Noferini - Giulio Giurato riscuote grande successo ad ogni sua esibizione. English Version

Giulio Giurato - piano. After the piano degree, which he got in 1986 in Bologna with Valeria Cantoni, he specialized with Jorg Demus. Since 1984 he plays as solist and in different ensembles in several Countries, such as Spain, Portugal, Austria and Switzerland. In all over Italy he successfully took part in many important musical events. Moreover he was appreciated in many competitions, both as a solist and in duo.
In 1995 he was invited to Luzern by the "Accademia Bizantina" chamber orchestra, with which he played in the famous local International Festival.
Since 1998 he plays in four hands with Joerg Demus, with whom he performed in several "Schubertiadi" (concerts enterely dedicated to Schubert), for the Bologna National Gallery, the University of Bologna and the Vicenza Quartett Society, where they got enthusiastic appretiations by audience and press: "...in the Schubert Fantasie in F moll Demus and Giurato provided such an enchanting enterpretation, with tecnical perfection, deep lyrism and touching sounds..." - Eva Purelli - Il Giornale di Vicenza. Giulio Giurato teaches Chamber music in the Conservatory of Cosenza.

Roberto Noferini - violin. He got the highest degree in the Conservatory of Milan with Gabriele Baffero, then he specialized with Arthur Grumiaux, Salvatore Accardo, Dora Schwartzberg and Pavel Vernikov.
He won several violin and chamber music international competitions, such as "Lorenzo Perosi" in Biella and "City of Viterbo".
Many experts consider him one of the most gifted musicians of his generation.
He took part to important festivals and seasons in Italy and in Europe.
He plays chamber music with great musicians like Bruno Giuranna, Antony Pay, Emanuele Segre, Rocco Filippini, Toby Hoffman, Bruno Canino and as a solist he keeps on performing the main violin concerts.
Particulary he is specialized in the contemporary violin repertory and he also works with the most known composers.
Roberto Noferini recently recorded for Bongiovanni musical editions two compact-discs dedicated to Antonio Bazzini and Ferruccio Busoni, with the pianist Bruno Canino.
